Outer Continental Shelf (OCS) Consolidated Arrival Reporting

The National Movement Center (NVMC) now accommodates consolidated submission of up to five consecutive arrivals for vessels and facilities operating on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf (OCS). Consolidated submissions for OCS operations may be provided to the NVMC using the eNOAD Web Application and via a new Notice of Arrival (NOA) Workbook, tailored to the OCS community.



Completed NOA workbooks may be uploaded to the eNOAD Web Application for ease of editing and submission. Alternately, they may be emailed to the NVMC at enoad@nvmc.uscg.gov.



The eNOAD Web Application may be accessed at http://enoad.nvmc.uscg.gov.
