NOAD Fall 2014 Picklist/Schema Updates -- 90-day Notice

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance maritime domain awareness, we continue to improve handling of essential data contained within Notices of Arrival and Departure (NOAD). On or about 12 November 2014, an updated package of picklist reference files will be released, which incorporates various country and port changes. Once the exact changes have been identified, an updated notice will be made available for reference. At the time of this notification, no specific schema changes have been identified, and we anticipate continuing with support for both Schema 3.3 and Schema 3.4,; however, should changes to the schema become available, they will be included in a follow-up notification.

Please note that while every effort is being made to ensure these updates are as accurate as possible at the time of this mailing, there exists the possibility for additional changes as needed or at the direction of the program office. All such changes or additions will be made available as soon as they are provided to or identified by the SANS team.
