Improved Handling of Non-Crew Data

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance maritime domain awareness, we continue to improve handling of essential, required data contained within Notices of Arrival and Departure (NOAD). Beginning Tuesday, 22 October 2013, submissions containing invalid or otherwise erroneous non-crew (passenger) data will be rejected, necessitating correction and resubmission.
