Workbook 7.8.1 and Picklist Updates -- Released

As part of ongoing efforts to enhance maritime domain awareness, we continue to improve handling of essential data contained within Notices of Arrival and Departure (NOAD). On November 16, 2022, "DNV" will be added to Classification Society, RSO and Agency picklists, and a new workbook (7.8.1) will be released. The new workbook has the new "DNV" picklist value in addition to port fixes.

Changes to new Workbook (7.8.1) compared to previous Workbook (7.8)
● Added "DNV" to the following picklists:
• Vessel Details: Class Society
• Vessel Details: Document of Compliance Certificate Issuing Agency
• Vessel Details: Safety Management Certificate Issuing Agency
• Security: Flag Administration / RSO
● Removed duplicate port entry for Vineyard Haven, Massachusetts
● Fixed issue with Philipsburg (Canada) vs. Philipsburg (Sint Maarten (Dutch Part) )
● Removed blank port entries for Australia

ENOAD Website Change Details
Added "DNV" to the following picklists:
• Vessel Details: Class Society
• Vessel Details: Document of Compliance Certificate Agency
• Vessel Details: Safety Management Certificate Agency
• Security: Security Organization/Flag Administration

Picklist XML Changes
● "DNV" has been added to RSO.xml
● "DNV" has been added to Agency_List.xml
